List auth connections
Every auth connection in the organization, without credentials: the client secret and the private key are stored encrypted and are never returned by any endpoint. Admin only. A workflow author uses /api/auth-connections/options instead.

organizationId?string
Organization to act on. Defaults to the caller's own when omitted or empty. Only a SUPERADMIN may name a different one; an ADMIN doing so is refused with 403, and a value that is not an ObjectId is refused with 400 rather than falling back to the caller's own organization.
