Get what the SMS segment limit reserves for a document link
A document attachment such as a PDF is sent as a hosted link appended to the SMS body, so it counts toward the 3-segment limit. documentLinkLength is the length of one such link on this deployment. Each document adds one link on its own line, after a blank line that follows the text.
