Report browser errors from the Tether client
Accepts a batch of client-side errors (uncaught exceptions, unhandled rejections, React boundary crashes, service-worker failures) and forwards them to Axiom. Unauthenticated so errors on the sign-in page are still captured; when a Bearer token is sent, user and organization are taken from the verified token, never from the body.
