Record Logs
Get unified record audit logs (change + action) with filters and pagination
Paginated, filterable per-record audit log. Two fetch modes: contact-hub (contactId) returns every log for a contact plus its conversations, applications and custom entities; single-entity (entityType + entityId) returns just that record. Filter by kind (change|action), changeCategory (state|field), field, action, actorUserId, actorType (user|system|automation|workflow) and a from/to date range. excludeCustomEntity drops linked custom-entity rows (used by the Main entity changes surface). Org-scoped; non-SUPERADMIN callers are pinned to their own org.
