Who first set and who last changed every field of one record
One call per record for the field hover: for each field of a contact, application or conversation, the first setter and time and the last setter and time. Rows never expire. Fields set when the record was created and never changed since have no row; read the record's createdBy/createdAt for those. Custom-entity fields carry customEntityType and customEntityInstanceId. Org-scoped.
