ElevenLabs tool: check business hours
Server tool webhook called by the ElevenLabs voice agent mid-call to check whether the organization is currently within business hours (default Mon-Fri 9am-5pm in the org timezone). Authenticated via Bearer token (per-org elevenlabsToolSecret).
