List conversations for the conversations sidebar
One row per conversation (voice excluded), page/size paginated. Sorted with unanswered bulk-campaign sends last; otherwise unread first, then by state (pending user, pending agent, pending contact, resolved, none), then newest activity first. Each row carries its own state, unread flag, latest message and autopilot flag plus the contact fields the row renders. Accepts the sidebar's filter drawer: conversation filters (unread, state, live chats, channel, assignee, agent) match each conversation; contact filters (search, source, stage, custom fields, reminders, bulk, verified, blocked) match the contact first. RBAC: org-wide roles see the org, DEPARTMENT_HEAD conversations assigned to their department, everyone else conversations assigned to them.
