Get AI cost settings (SuperAdmin only)
Returns the organization's USD per ElevenLabs credit for the AI consumption ledger (null means the default), the rate in effect, the default and the highest accepted rate, and the latest run that repriced the organization's voice rows. Requires SUPERADMIN.
