Set the USD per ElevenLabs credit (SuperAdmin only)
Sets the organization's USD per ElevenLabs credit, or null to go back to the default. When the rate the voice rows use changes (or the last run at this rate failed or was lost), the organization's voice rows are repriced in the background; repriceQueued says whether that run was queued. Returns 503 when the rate was saved but the run could not be queued. Requires SUPERADMIN.
