Organizations
List the organization phone numbers
Every PhoneNumber resource in the organization, newest first, joined with the linked user's or group's identity, plus a coverage summary (how many users have a directly linked number, which providers have a usable org default line, how many unlinked numbers auto-assignment could hand out). Each row carries its access grants; the field is omitted for a number that predates grants. Admin or SuperAdmin; an Admin may only list their own organization.
