Remove an organization phone number
Detaches any AI voice wiring first (fails with 502 if the provider refuses). If unresolved conversations still reference the number it is disabled (status: inactive, softDisabled: true) instead of removed; otherwise it is soft-deleted. Removing or disabling the org default clears the default and says so (clearedOrgDefault). Admin or SuperAdmin.
